Participant in the season 04 of reality show "The Taste Brasil", mentored by Chef Helena Rizzo, one Michelin star. Business Consultant specialized in Gastronomy. With an MBA in Business Consulting and a degree in Gastronomy, I have been in the market for 10 years providing advice to Coffee shop, bars and restaurants, elaborating menus and acting in the recruitment, training and management of people; Food Safety and elaboration of lay-out of industrial kitchens.

A highlights include work at D.O.M of renowned Chef Alex Atala in São Paulo two Michelin star and restaurants of the Chamber of Deputies, CNC and Federal Senate in Brasília, DF. Workshop Pro Chef Level I by the Culinary Institute of America - USA, Baking Techniques by IHK Trier - Germany, Sommelier by IHK Trier - Germany. He acts as a food safety consultant at SEBRAE (Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small nterprises) and teaches courses in Gastronomy offered by SENAC (National Commercial Apprenticeship Service) in Brazil.
